CADP Group Corporation is a publicly listed holding and management corporation whose business focus is in sugar.

It serves food and beverage manufacturers that produce soft drinks, beverages, powdered juice drinks, milk and infant formula products and other processed consumer food.

CADP Group is the merger of leaders in the sugar industry - - Central Azucarera Don Pedro (CADP) and the former Central Azucarera de La Carlota.

Through operating subsidiaries, it has an integrated milling and refinery complex situated in Nasugbu, Batangas and a milling factory in La Carlota, Negros Occidental. It is also a substantial partner in a joint venture that acquired Hawaiian Philippines Company, a sugar miller located also in Negros Occidental.

CADPI – the subsidiary that operates the Batangas manufacturing complex -- is ISO 9001 certified.

                        Our Batangas complex (CADPI) is equipped with
                        comprehensive pollution abatement facilities that address
                        solid, water and air wastes in the plant. Recently, it put up
                        a wet scrubber facility to reduce smokestack emission levels
                        in its boiler in accord with government standards.

The Company is a member of Roxas Holdings Group, formerly Central Azucarera Don Pedro (CADP).

CADP has been one of the pillars of the sugar industry for nearly 75 years. It undertook an expansion and modernization that saw it become a fully integrated miller and refiner by 1993.

In 2002, it undertook its transformation into Roxas Holdings in line with the group-wide reorganization program to consolidate its sugar business under CADP Group Corp.
